Watch our new short video that captures our two recent screenings of Death at Sea, including highlights from our expert roundtables and takeaways from our audiences. The screenings and discussions were organized to raise awareness about the plight of observers and fishers who are at risk due to poor oversight and enforcement of human rights protections at sea.
Our London premiere featured the release of our short film analysing CCTV footage, which reveals critical insights into the final moments of Eritara Aati Kaierua on board the Win Far 636. As the first of its kind, this video analysis sheds light and raises questions on the circumstances that led to the tragic loss of the fisheries observer from Kiribati, heightening the urgency for answers from relevant authorities.
